Responsibilities
- Support reputed company reputed company estate debt and equity originators and equity asset managers
- Involved in reputed company aspects of the mortgage origination and equity acquisition process including reputed company, research, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, and closing
- Financial modeling, investment analysis, and preparation of internal investment memoranda are the core aspects of the job
- Participate in reputed company client meetings, presentations to senior management, and property/market tours
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company field required
- 0-3 years of experience in reputed company Estate
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Clear thinker, creative yet thorough problem-solver, strong research skills
- Positive demeanor, outgoing personality who will work cooperatively with other team members
