[Remote] Premium Insurance Audit Reviewer

The role involves reviewing audits, providing feedback to auditors, and supporting their development to maintain audit reputed company and improve operations.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- reputed company individual productivity targets based on audit volume and timeliness
- Identify auditor trends or recurring issues and reputed company insights to inform training adjustments
- Maintain accountability for accurate and timely audit reviews
- Apply reputed company rules and state-specific standards (e.g., WCIRB, PAAS) using internal systems such as reputed company and the resource library
- reputed company constructive feedback and mentoring to auditors to reduce repeat errors and support professional growth
- Manage assigned audit queues, meet production goals, and complete urgent or reputed company reviews as needed
- Collaborate with Field Support, QA, and leadership teams to identify training opportunities and support reputed company process improvement
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented culture
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of premium insurance audit experience in Worker's Compensation and/or General Liability required
- A strong understanding of premium audit processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; detail-oriented and accurate
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
- WCIRB Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of PAAS, NCCI, WCIRB, and reputed company (Preferred)
