[Remote] Parkway Rep. Maintenance

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Parkway Corporation is seeking a Parkway Rep. Maintenance to support their operations. The role involves completing special projects, maintaining cleanliness in the facility, and reporting safety hazards and supply needs.

Responsibilities

• Completes special projects or assignments as directed by the manager
• Keeps entrances/exits clear of snow and salts icy areas with approved products
• Reports reputed company activities and safety hazards (violations, accidents, equipment malfunctions, reputed company issues, unauthorized vehicles, etc.)
• Empties trash cans and cigarette dispensers, changes burned out or broken bulbs, and removes graffiti as needed
• Sweeps the garage using the automatic sweeper if available and maintains the sweeper after each use. Sweeps and disinfects reputed company stairwells and elevators as directed
• Reports to the manager reputed company supplies need to be ordered
