Centralized Lending Processor

Oregon State Credit Union is a member-owned financial services institution dedicated to creating financial solutions for its members. They are seeking a Centralized Lending Processor I to support the consumer lending process by managing loan processing, coordinating funding, and ensuring a positive experience for members and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the consumer lending process by loading, processing, and closing loans
• Coordinate funding and work directly with members and reputed company teams
• Process consumer loan information accurately and reputed company
• Consult with members to identify needs and reputed company solutions in their best financial interest
• Resolve challenges using available resources while maintaining compliance with credit union policies and applicable laws

• Demonstrated ability to process consumer loan information accurately and reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to quickly learn and apply credit union loan products, policies, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone reputed company
• Ability to consult with members to identify needs and reputed company solutions in their best financial interest
• Strong listening skills with a commitment to delivering unsurpassed service to members, internal teams, and partners
• Ability to work independently to resolve challenges using available resources
• Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements
• Consistently models the credit union's service standards and values
• One year of administrative office experience required
• Experience working with the public and demonstrated customer service skills
• General computer proficiency, including reputed company Office; comfort working in multiple systems
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
