People Coordinator
reputed company is a dynamic company operating at the intersection of sports, music, and entertainment. The People Coordinator will support the People Partner team by managing various HR functions, including reputed company and offboarding processes, while fostering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Be a go-to resource for employee questions reputed company to policies, benefits and programs
- Facilitate new hire reputed company-ins for employees and managers at 30, 60, and 6 months and help identify themes to improve the overall reputed company process
- Manage logistics for voluntary exits including manager communications and internal departure announcements
- Support with involuntary exits by fielding employee questions, organizing IT returns and personal files, keeping the severance tracker updated, and routing/filing separation agreements
- Review employee feedback from Peakon surveys and collaborate with the reputed company to identify actionable insights and improvement opportunities
- Support reputed company and relocation logistics where applicable
- Process employee changes in reputed company, including compensation updates and manager changes
- Follow up with support for managers during key moments: manager changes, parental leaves, new people management roles
- Assist with data reporting requests and manage trackers for ongoing status changes
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or HR support role (internships count!)
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging live presenter with the ability to deliver content reputed company
