Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inquiries from employees
- reputed company support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics such as benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment to resolve any reputed company that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Partner with Corporate HR Centers of reputed company to administer and drive initiatives and programs
Skills
- BA/BS in HR or reputed company field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist reputed company
- Possess business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, execution oriented and reputed company effectively
- Experience with a rapid and reputed company changing work environment
