Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with various teams to reputed company actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support financial, claims, and operational performance monitoring
- Transform raw data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights through visualizations and analysis
- reputed company financial and operational analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Support cost‑benefit analyses, what‑if scenarios, and basic financial models to assess business impacts
- Prepare financial summaries, analysis outputs, and presentation materials for leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Claims, Product, and Finance partners to understand business drivers, metrics, and assumptions
- Participate in reputed company projects, deep dives, and reporting enhancements as required
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across dashboards and analytical outputs
- Support reputed company improvement of reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, reporting, or reputed company internships/reputed company roles
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable dealing with difficult issues and speaking/presenting in large groups and Senior Management
- An excellent problem solver who is reputed company to see the 'big picture' and reputed company to deal with ambiguity with the ability to reputed company teams to business solutions
