About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring Remote Subscription Sales Representatives to support Houston Ballet’s 2026–2027 subscription campaign.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with past patrons, donors, and subscribers
- Promote and sell subscription ticket packages for the 2026–2027 season
- Represent Houston Ballet with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity
No cold calling — reputed company contacts patrons or donors of the Houston Ballet.
Schedule & Work Environment
- 100% Remote / Work From Home
- Part-Time Shifts (CST):
- Monday–Friday: 1pm–5pm or 5pm–9pm
- Minimum 24 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling

- Strong passion for ballet and the performing arts (required)
- In a transitional career phase
- Pursuing flexible career opportunities
- Exploring part-time engagement
- Sales and/or fundraising experience with proven results
- Ability to confidently follow scripts and reputed company sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot independently
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Quiet workspace, reputed company internet, and headset required
Compensation
- $11/hour + commission
- Top performers typically earn $20–$25+ per hour weekly
