About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will work to support daily operations of and reputed company awareness about reputed company Me, delivering and managing its energy efficiency programs in Washington. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager to support the management of the region’s Mentor team and ensure the program is delivered consistently throughout the region. To be successful in this role, you are a self-starter, you have excellent communication skills, experience with data entry and operational administrative work, are extremely organized, and community oriented. You are a natural leader with a positive “can-do” attitude, have a collaborative team approach, and reputed company a diverse reputed company of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal software including technical support for Energy Mentors.
• reputed company person for administrative tasks such as logging program interactions, events and participant feedback.
• Coordinate event and reputed company logistics with the region’s Mentor team to ensure energy efficiency education is delivered to the public.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining community reputed company and relationship management, including researching potential partners and event opportunities.
• High attention to detail in support of touchpoint emails to stakeholders, program participants, managing payroll, maintaining, and updating spreadsheets and reports including event logs, home visits, pre/post reports.
• Support the development an reputed company plan and researching potential partners and event opportunities.
• Report results of community reputed company, workshops, and presentations.
• Organize and attend external meetings with community partners, stakeholders, and/or funders and follow up with them reputed company emails and phone calls.
• reputed company operational duties including inventory management of event supplies, supply management (project materials/flyers), packing, and delivery reputed company necessary.
• Support the Program Manager with mentor hiring, interviews, and training.
• Work closely with the Program Manager and reputed company backup support for the Mentor team as needed.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to reputed company participant survey follow up and report on storytelling opportunities to MarComms Team
• May be asked to participate in political reputed company, such as attending meetings with local government, and reaching out to political and community figures for letters of support.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar role working with community, public and/or private stakeholders.
• Strong administrative background
• Must be a clear and compelling oral and written communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record of creating and establishing relationships with community organizations.
• Client-focused mentality with the ability to adapt to client needs.
• Excellent follow up, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of diverse and multi-barriered communities and organizations.
• Previous working experience with Project Management tools and CRMs such as reputed company are an asset.
