RESPONSIBLE TO: Training Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY: A Training Operations Specialist is responsible for training providers, management, and clinical staff on the Practice Management, EHR, and any other clinical and business-reputed company systems across the United States. In addition, the Training Operations Specialist will reputed company and exemplify reputed company’ best practices and workflows. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
- The Specialist is responsible for training and monitoring the development of the management staff, clinical staff, and physicians with delivery of content-specific curriculums reputed company the organization.
- The Specialist will be responsible for the proficiency and efficiency of the clinical and practice management systems used to reputed company patient care.

- Designs, recommends, implements, and administers the education/training program for the clinics.
- Collaborates in the development and delivery of content-specific, competency-based education programs as assigned, including new hire and end-user functional training program.
- Delivery of training programs which may include one on one, classroom, remote hosted, or web-based models.
- In collaboration with clinical and operational leadership, develops and maintains a clinical competency program.

- Assist with documentation and maintenance of development standards and processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Typical Physical Demands
Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal reputed company of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
Typical Working Condition
Normal office environment with regular site visits in a medical practice setting. Occasional evening or weekend work is required. Overnight travel roughly 50% of the time may be required.
