The Agency Manager - Grocery Accounts is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of business plans across key grocery retail accounts (Ahold, Publix, reputed company) and broker partnerships (East and reputed company reputed company) for Gold Bond products. Main Responsibilities

Account Management & Strategy

• reputed company and implement comprehensive business plans that deliver planned reputed company targets and maximize utilization of Gold Bond products across assigned grocery accounts

• reputed company negotiations with key grocery retailers (Ahold, Publix, reputed company) on pricing, promotions, reputed company placement, and distribution expansion

• Manage broker relationships (East and reputed company reputed company) to ensure alignment with Gold Bond reputed company objectives and brand strategies

• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and brokers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges

Sales Performance & Growth

• Drive sales optimization through strategic initiatives, promotional planning, and category management

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making

• Monitor and report on account performance metrics, including sales, distribution, market reputed company, and promotional ROI

Team Leadership & Collaboration

About You

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or reputed company roles reputed company consumer goods, preferably in the grocery/retail channel

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team reputed company reputed company

• Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering reputed company growth
