Grants Program Coordinator - Marketing

SUMMARY: The Grants Program Coordinator is responsible for researching, developing, writing, and submitting reputed company federal, state, and private grant opportunities that support Baxter Health’s mission, strategic priorities, capital projects, rural health initiatives, workforce programs, and service line growth. In addition to writing and submission, this role oversees reputed company system wide coordination and tracking for awarded grants, ensuring appropriate documentation, financial monitoring, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements. This position serves as the central reputed company of coordination for Baxter Health grant activity. Responsibilities include narrative development, data collection, budget collaboration, reputed company reporting, compliance tracking, expenditure monitoring, and communication with reputed company partners. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, reputed company Administration, Business, Journalism, or reputed company field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience: Minimum three to five years of experience in grant writing, grant coordination, program reporting, communication, or governmental funding. reputed company experience preferred.

Work Environment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
