Staffing Liaison (Recruiter) - Remote

Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Liaison (Recruiter) to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need. You�ll connect top talent with available cases, working closely with candidates, families, and clinical leadership to maximize service utilization. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage external job postings across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company/staffing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus.

reputed company pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. In reputed company to reputed company pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
