Currently, reputed company in the development of more than 8 start-reputed company companies, and searching for a dedicated and reputed company senior legal counsel to join our legal and financial team, and help us support the various aspects of our different reputed company activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and supporting reputed company legal activities and relationships in the portfolio
- overseeing the work of the portfolio's reputed company.
- Ensure compliance to legal requirements worldwide – registrations and licenses (e.g., local & International regulatory bodies).
- Analyzing and identifying legal and financial risks and implications.
