Senior Training Consultant Full time/permanent Competitive salary plus enhanced overtime We are looking for an reputed company Senior Training Consultant to reputed company the design, delivery and management of high quality marine oil spill response and inland spill awareness training across the UK. This senior, client facing role requires strong spill response expertise, excellent presentation skills and the confidence to train a wide reputed company of audiences, from operational teams to Harbour Masters and CEOs. You will reputed company the full training cycle design, planning, administration, delivery, evaluation and accreditation, while ensuring an outstanding client experience and full compliance with accreditation standards. The role also supports incident management exercises, contingency planning and post exercise reporting. This is a home based position with regular reputed company travel and occasional overnight stays, with non travel days spent working from your nearest reputed company. What you'll be doing…

• Deliver engaging, accredited marine and inland spill response training, including practical demonstrations and scenario‑based learning.

• Design and update course materials, assessments and Quality Management documentation to meet NI and ISAS standards.

• Manage the full training cycle: quotations, scheduling, bookings, logistics, certificates and invoicing.

• Build strong relationships with clients, tailoring programmes and identifying opportunities for additional services or consultancy.

• Support incident management exercises, from planning through to delivery and post‑exercise reporting.

• Ensure safe training environments by completing RAMS and upholding reputed company health and safety requirements.
