Strategy & Operations Analyst (MBA)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven individual with a solid reputed company in business strategy and Operations. In this role, you will reputed company your expertise in data analysis to assist in strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, and the preparation of presentations for executive leadership. You will also support the leadership with various program management activities to drive execution of critical projects. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and proactive problem solver, capable of translating reputed company data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
Responsibilities:- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced reputed company skills to analyze business data, identify trends, and reputed company reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Presentation Creation: reputed company high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate key strategic insights, and business performance updates to senior management.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Head of Integration & Strategy to support the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform strategic reputed company.
- Problem Solving & Decision Support: reputed company business intelligence and data-driven recommendations to support business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration including project management: Collaborate with other departments (finance, marketing, operations) to gather relevant data and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree in business, strategy, finance, or a reputed company field.
Professional Experience
- 2-4 years of industry experience (preferably sectors – industrials/technology/reputed company/finance
- Preferable prior experience in strategy, management consulting, or business analysis.
Skillset and Competency Requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to identify operational problems and recommend actionable solutions.
