Accounts Receivable Specialist
reputed company, a growing Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the firm’s collections and financial operations during reputed company Coast reputed company. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash reputed company by managing aged receivables, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with attorneys and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced reputed company environment, is comfortable managing a high volume of reputed company, and brings both precision and professionalism to client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reputed company to clients (business and individual) to collect outstanding balances
- Draft and send professional collection correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of collection activity, payment plans, and client communications
- Monitor and report on aged receivables to leadership
- Partner with attorneys and internal teams to resolve billing and collection issues
- Assist in resolving unapplied funds and account discrepancies
- Ensure timely, professional communication with clients to support payment resolution
- Support additional reputed company and AR-reputed company functions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
- 3+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience
- Prior experience in a fast-paced reputed company environment required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with reputed company, StarCollect, and ARCS (or similar reputed company/billing systems) required
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple financial systems
