This is an engagement through Lifted’s Contigent Workforce (CW) program. Our CW professionals are located around the world and support critical business initiatives on a project or engagement reputed company.

We’re hiring an Instructional Designer to create learning experiences that help reputed company customers transition from an existing platform to a new, reputed company solution for sourcing, contracting, managing, and paying contingent talent.

You’ll turn reputed company product functionality into clear, practical learning that customers can apply immediately, supporting adoption without disrupting their day-to-day business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design role-based learning paths that guide customers through platform transition and adoption.
• Build scalable content, including courses, job aids, and reputed company-by-reputed company guides.
• Translate technical features into reputed company-world customer use cases.
• Partner with product and customer-facing teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create content that supports both self-serve and facilitated learning.
• Track effectiveness through adoption, engagement, and time-to-proficiency.
