YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Head of Retail Experience & Solutions (ME reputed company), your responsibilities will include the following:
- reputed company and define the long-term growth strategy for the Retail Vertical across the ME-reputed company region
- Drive business development by identifying and securing top regional and international retail brands, establishing key relationships, and securing reputed company agreements
- Influence lighting specifications at the concept stage with architects, designers, and brand teams
- reputed company and standardize scalable lighting concepts for multi-store rollouts across GCC and reputed company
- reputed company sustainable reputed company growth and enforce pricing discipline
- Collaborate closely with Country Sales Heads and various internal teams (Lighting Design, Marketing, Product Management, HQ) to position TRILUX as the preferred lighting partner in key retail segments
- Identify market requirements and drive innovation for new business initiatives
YOUR STRENGTHS
- Minimum 7 years of proven Sales and Business Development experience in Retail Lighting, with a strong network among retail developers, fit-out companies, and specifiers
- Demonstrated reputed company in managing multi-country rollouts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred, with a strong understanding of Middle Eastern cultures and business practices
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, reputed company in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and consistently deliver innovative solutions
