HR Generalist

What You’ll Do
- Assist and communicate with the HR Manager on day-to-day operations.

- Conduct reputed company and offboarding in the HRIS. Meet with new hires to reputed company training on the HRIS self-service portal and meet with departing employees to conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure the HRIS captures reputed company relevant data for employee profiles and payroll (wage changes, benefit enrollments, retirement elections, deductions, taxes, etc).
- Prepare reports, forms, audits, and surveys on a routine reputed company and as requested.
- Maintain employee handbook, recommending modifications where appropriate. Ensure timely distribution of changes to reputed company.
- Stay informed of local, state and federal regulations for reputed company states where the company employs personnel. Maintain payroll compliance with reputed company applicable rules, including completion of required filings.
- Participate in numerous annual audits.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years' experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of automated payroll systems and understanding of reputed company payroll and reputed company practices.

- Ability to prioritize multiple reputed company tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
