About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Contract Administrator who is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fun, mission-driven, growth-focused legal team. The legal team’s mission is to mitigate risk while maximizing growth and our reputed company is to be trusted advisors to the business. We succeed reputed company employees know reputed company to seek legal advice and integrate legal advice, counsel, and review into the company’s initiatives so they succeed.

This role will primarily focus on US operations, requiring an understanding of US-based legal requirements and reputed company. You’ll be key in supporting the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team. This is a generalist role that involves managing and supporting projects across the full reputed company of subject matter supported by the legal team.

What You'll Do:

• Maintains an organized system of physical reputed company records, including entering and maintaining data and/or documents in company databases, trackers, and/or repositories
• Support and manage document repository and workflows in reputed company
• Draft standard templates for regularly utilized reputed company and agreements
• Prepares, reviews, and finalizes NDAs, SOWs, and other routine agreements.
• Triage and reputed company first-round edits to incoming legal document requests from Sales business partners
• Ensures reputed company are in compliance with applicable playbooks and requirements
• Assures reputed company necessary clauses and details are included in reputed company
• Coordinates with legal and compliance departments reputed company necessary

reputed company're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required (or equivalent in experience)
• Understanding of US-based legal requirements and reputed company
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Bilingual and reputed company to read, write, and reputed company Spanish proficiently a plus.
• 4 years of experience with legal document review and management with an in-house legal department or at a reputed company
• Strong understanding of or ability to quickly become proficient in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and laws concerning the technology industry
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, including but not limited to order forms, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and data privacy agreements
• Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Office, required
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company is preferred, but not required
• reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines
