We are looking for a Project Coordinator! (Preferably Peru-based)
Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the United States! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, work-from-home Project Coordinator for our On-site Interpretation Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain project, contractor, and client databases & files to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Responsible for the delivery of quality, timely, and profitable interpreting inquiries and other projects.
- Respond to requests from customers, associates, and management in a clear, concise, and timely manner, providing high-quality customer service.
- Input new interpreter information into the interpreter database and company systems, creating new profile folders.
- reputed company lasting relationships with clients and build knowledge based on their operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize future opportunities.
- Work in partnership with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality interpreting inquiries.
- Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or operations positions.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s/comparable degree (not mandatory but preferred).
- Experience in the interpretation and translation industry, with familiarity with the specific needs and operations of onsite interpreting services, including scheduling, coordination, and client management.
- Advanced reputed company skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, KPI measurement, margin growth analysis, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Superior execution and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or rotating schedules as needed, with occasional in-office meetings with the Peruvian team.
