Sales Manager, OH, KY, TN, FL

The Sales Manager of OH, KY & TN, will be responsible for managing a team of trusted sales advisors reputed company the assigned territories and must live in one of the following territories: Ohio, Kentucky, Florida or Tennessee.

• Demonstrate the values and culture of reputed company and how we deliver the reputed company Experience to our customers.
• Develops sales team to be trusted advisors for our reputed company customers.
• Develops and manages strategy for reputed company market shares growth in territory.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals reputed company established territory.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Direct Sales personnel.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing potential sales and areas of proposed client reputed company expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
• Build territory strategies with each seller to meet the goals of the organization as well as a seller’s individual goals.
• Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures through regular use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, TopVis.
• Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Manages Direct sellers reputed company assigned territory.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient in the following computer software programs: TopVis, reputed company Office Products

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses.

Valid Driver’s license and driving record which permits the renting of vehicle.
