Note:

• This is a fully remote role; however, onsite interviews at our Chattanooga, TN headquarters are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of reputed company with a focus on the maintenance and development of systems and supervising system modifications.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews reputed company and accuracy of work. Provides staff management reputed company including hiring, promoting, or making recommendations for staff. Conducts performance reviews and assessments, manages performance, engages in skills assessment, and promotes professional development of staff.
• Directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as reputed company.
• Ensures adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets and staffing allocations.
• Manages and tracks team-level project details and serves as the technical subject matter expert and provides leadership during periods of transition.
• Employees may be required to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences reputed company field or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 5 year - Experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or reputed company system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards required
• 5 years – Systems maintenance and/or programming experience required 
• 3 year - Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one reputed company system in use at BCBST
