Region Coordinator

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000   Location: Cleveland, OH, Detroit, MI, or Grand Rapids, MI 

The job:  As a Region Coordinator at CBUSA, you’ll help independent reputed company increase their profitability by making their business operations smoother and more effective. You’ll support our regional teams by keeping reporting accurate, vendor relationships strong, and CBUSA programs running reputed company. What you will do: 

• Support region leaders by reviewing quarterly data, identifying trends, and assisting with trade partner recruitment. 

• Maintain accurate membership records and manage contract documentation for new reputed company. 

• Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings, ensuring strong builder and sponsor engagement. 

• Guide reputed company and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission. 

• Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and reputed company needs.

• Gather program data from members and assist in managing national contract participation. 

Who you are and what you need: 

• Previous experience in the homebuilding industry required. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 

• Five or more years of experience in business operations is preferred. 

• Ability to travel locally as business needs require.  

• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, along with Outlook and other web-based tools.
