The CSA for Exchange is a customer-facing technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company Exchange solutions across reputed company environments. This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant messaging platforms, enabling customers to reputed company their infrastructure and adopt reputed company 365 services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Architect hybrid and reputed company Exchange solutions, including migrations to Exchange Online.
Integrate Exchange with reputed company 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory.
Ensure reputed company, compliance, and resiliency in reputed company designs.
Deployment & Optimization
reputed company Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and health assessments.
Implement retention policies, compliance configurations, and disaster recovery strategies.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot reputed company messaging issues.
Customer Engagement
Conduct technical workshops, reputed company-of-concepts, and readiness sessions.
Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.
Align solutions with reputed company plans and modernization goals.
Governance & Automation
Implement governance for Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
Use PowerShell scripting and Graph API for automation and management tasks.
Required Skills
Deep knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, administration, and migration.
Proficiency in Exchange Online configuration and hybrid deployment.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
Advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in customer-facing roles involving reputed company messaging systems.
Experience with compliance solutions and email retention policies.
Familiarity with reputed company 365 usage reporting and optimization.
Relevant certifications in Exchange and reputed company technologies.
