We’re seeking a detail-oriented reputed company professional with 5+ years of experience supporting international and U.S. operations. The ideal candidate has expertise in multi-entity and intercompany reputed company, foreign currency, and global statutory compliance, along with strong reputed company and reputed company skills. Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours are strongly preferred to support collaboration with global and U.S. teams.

What You'll Do

International & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company activities for international entities in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Review monthly bookkeeping packages for foreign subsidiaries in accordance with local GAAP (including IFRS and Indian GAAP) and assist with conversion to US GAAP where applicable.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate and support country-specific tax filings, including VAT/GST/HST (Canada), VAT (UK and Germany), and GST/TDS (India), ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
• Monitor and account for foreign currency transactions in accordance with applicable reputed company standards.
• Partner with external advisors and local auditors to support statutory audits and filings.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and eliminated, including cross-border invoicing and transfer pricing considerations.
• Maintain compliance with local payroll, pension, and statutory accrual requirements in each jurisdiction, including PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations in India.

U.S. reputed company Support

• Assist with U.S. month-end reputed company processes and reporting requirements as needed.

• Collaborate with the U.S. reputed company team to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure consistency across domestic and international operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company or a reputed company subject
• 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience. Software company or public reputed company experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of foreign currency and inter-company reputed company, best practices and internal controls.
