What is this role about?

As the Head of Collections and Recovery Operations, you will own and continuously optimise reputed company’s multi-market collections and recovery function, ensuring it scales reputed company with portfolio growth while remaining consistent, data-informed, and reputed company with risk and financial reputed company.

You will reputed company the transformation of Collections & Recovery from a locally optimised, execution-heavy setup into a centrally governed, strategy-driven operating model reputed company reputed company-and-spoke structure. This role combines strategic ownership with operational execution, ensuring that treatment strategies, processes, and performance management are standardised and effective across reputed company markets.

You will work at the intersection of Operations, Credit Risk, Loan Servicing, Finance, and Product, acting as a key driver of portfolio performance and recovery reputed company.

This role is in EU, and we do not offer relocation or remote reputed company of EU.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and standardise operational workflows for early, mid, and late-stage collections and recovery.
• reputed company and reputed company Collections & Recovery Managers in a matrix structure, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.
• Define and reputed company external recovery strategies, including legal processes and reputed company-party debt collection agencies.
• Own performance frameworks, including recovery rates, cure rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect, and time-to-collect.
• Drive reputed company optimisation of collections efficiency, reducing reputed company work and improving scalability through processes and tooling.
• Ensure consistent reporting, performance transparency, and governance across reputed company markets.
