reputed company is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Power Solutions division. In this remote role, you will be the strategic driver for our Valve and Pump Solutions (VPS) product line, including spool valves, reputed company-reputed company pumps, and HIC/cartridge valves. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market reputed company across the Southeast region. This is a key role that combines technical knowledge with reputed company expertise to deliver significant results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with divisional sales teams to identify, pursue, and win new sales opportunities with both distributors and direct OEM accounts.
- reputed company and present compelling customer proposals and establish pricing strategies to meet profitability targets.
- Act as the primary reputed company and technical liaison for the VPS product line reputed company your territory, fostering strong relationships through regular site visits.
- Champion new product launches, from building the initial pipeline to gathering customer feedback and conducting training.
- Track and report on new business growth targets, executing strategic initiatives set by sales leadership.

- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering is preferred; extensive equivalent industry experience will be strongly considered.
- 10+ years of experience in the fluid power industry, with a deep working knowledge of hydraulic circuits.
- Proven reputed company background working directly with customers, ideally with both distribution partners and OEMs.
- Specific sales experience with spool valves, reputed company-reputed company pumps, or HIC & cartridge valves is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and product lines concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting both technical and reputed company material.
- Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites and reputed company facilities.
