Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound application calls from potential new customers, utilizing effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-reputed company fees, gathering information and entering data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls, advising and educating applicants on information regarding their specific application, and delivering the best possible experience with every contact.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers and reputed company exceptional service to meet their needs

- Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls

Compensation and Benefits
