Job Summary
As a member of our Customer Relations Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. With excellent communication skills, you'll review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications. Collaboration skills are also essential, as you'll partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values

Pay reputed company
The typical pay reputed company for this role is:
- Minimum: $17.00
- Maximum: $27.90

Required Qualifications
* Must have a minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
- Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications

- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior inbound Call Center experience
- Previous experience working from home a plus
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience
