Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Business Development and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering phones, meeting enrollment targets, delivering exceptional customer service, processing customer requests, and setting up water safety presentations. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, managing and resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing customers with product and service information.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer calls, manage online chat, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- reputed company outbound calls to leads, such as daycare centers, preschools, mother's groups, and other local businesses, to promote our services and meet enrollment targets
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and professional manner
- reputed company customers with product and service information, including pricing, schedules, and promotions
- Accurately enter new customer information into our system and update existing customer information
- Process payments, class changes, move-reputed company, orders, forms, and applications in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues to management for reputed company resolution

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail or service-based industry
- High school education or equivalent
