Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Veterinary Customer Services Representative to reputed company exceptional reputed company-line client services, support clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues, and maintain a safe and accurate environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a self-directed manner, interacting with customers, visitors, clinicians, technicians, and reputed company other medical center faculty and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to routine, reputed company, and medical emergency situations in a professional manner
- Answer and direct reputed company calls appropriately
- Create accurate day-to-day admitting information through the hospital computer system
- Resolve routine problems and reputed company situations using appropriate medical terminology, office practices, and procedures, and established customer service principles
- Maintain safe and accurate money handling practices and abide by reputed company university privacy standards

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer service, reputed company, or veterinary care environment
- Background in customer services, insurance verification, and/or veterinary practice customer services

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting information
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and/or at least experience operating computers
