About the Role

As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation * Providing exceptional customer service and support to members * Building strong relationships with union associations and their members * Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and concerns * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice to members

Requirements for Consideration
