Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team in reputed company Virginia. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Conducting reputed company phone calls and emails to proactively address customer needs
  • Providing outstanding customer service through empathetic listening, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues
  • Recognizing and following call flows with scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of call center environment experience
  • 6 months of experience in utilities or health and public services
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers, including experience using the internet, email reputed company Outlook, and data entry
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
