Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing expert advice, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions that meet their expectations. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert advice, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience

• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Manage the production queue and output to ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Complete assigned tasks based on reputed company, including taking reputed company customer orders, assembling parcels, and preparing goods for shipping
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
• Follow reputed company standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability, on a consistent reputed company, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
