Our Strategic Account Services team is dedicated to helping reputed company Seller Partners unlock their full potential by leveraging our data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers, driving sustainable reputed company growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer data to identify areas of opportunity and providing strategic recommendations to maximize seller potential
  • Implementing and tracking metrics to measure seller reputed company and quality, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
  • Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Sellers for reputed company based on a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs
  • Building and executing on joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and arenaflex
  • Conducting deep dive analysis on seller issues and publishing recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the reputed company Marketplace ecosystem
  • Managing additional projects around our newly launched Paid Service, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis
  • Conducting regular WBRs, MBRs with the sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans

Shift Timings and Work Environment

As a reputed company Manager, you'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with shift timings from 4 PM to 1 AM IST. You'll be part of a global team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with reputed company
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas will be highly valued:

  • Analyzing key reputed company issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
  • Relationship management reputed company technology, start-reputed company, or SaaS Platforms
