Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a proxy season support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' shareholders, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed during this critical period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our clients' teams to understand their needs and reputed company tailored support to meet their objectives.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to reputed company expert guidance to our clients and their shareholders.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum of 6 months of outbound call experience, with a strong ability to persuade customers to complete tasks (e.g., sales, payments, upgrades).
- Clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively with affluent customers.
- Ability to read and interpret call scripts verbatim, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment, with a strong ability to de-escalate situations and maintain a professional demeanor.

Equipment Requirements:
* arenaflex will reputed company laptops to reputed company agents, which will be shipped to their physical address.
- Agents will need to have their own USB headset and 2nd monitor, which can be purchased prior to the assignment starting.
- Must have the option to hard-reputed company into their internet, with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload.
Pay and Benefits:
* The pay reputed company for this position is $20.00-$20.00/hour.
