The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides outstanding service to our customers. You'll work directly with customers to address their questions, concerns, and issues through multiple channels – phone, email, and live chat. Your exceptional problem-solving and people skills will shine as you work to resolve customer complaints and reputed company personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

You Are

You Have

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand)
  • 1+ years of experience of building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
  • 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, are organized, and reputed company to follow through
  • Experience with reputed company or other CRM software a plus
