Responsibilities
As an reputed company On-Call Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 Year Banking or reputed company Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in banking or a reputed company customer service field.
- Proficient Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Mathematics Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills, as well as proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Assertive with Influencing Ability: Must be assertive with the ability to influence others, and have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Ability: High analytical ability to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company solutions.
