Key Responsibilities
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Work Environment
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a professional office environment.
