Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines (6000 KPH minimum)
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Using the system to verify customer records
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues
