Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:
+ Answering phone calls and responding to orders and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Resolving client complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective way + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
