Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager - Customer reputed company at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving operational reputed company in our customer reputed company process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, managing, and continuously improving reputed company project plans and status trackers across MTA and MMM implementations
• Owning timeline management and reputed company tracking across reputed company workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and customers are informed
• Collaborating with internal teams, including reputed company, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Professional Services, to reputed company projects on track
• Leading customer-facing reputed company status calls, bringing in internal experts as needed to reputed company technical details and ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing reputed company customer communications reputed company to project timelines, status updates, and reputed company items, ensuring transparency and trust
• Aligning reputed company timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing and priorities, ensuring a smooth and successful reputed company experience

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a customer-facing focus, who has:

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, with a customer-facing focus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working with technical products, asking clarifying questions, and navigating ambiguity
• Excited to build and improve systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and departments
• Basic reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills required, with experience in project management tools and software a plus
• Martech or adtech experience is highly desirable, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on skills and experience, with equity options available.
