Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from members and suppliers, addressing inquiries reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, additional benefits and programs, etc.
- Maintaining a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a wired Ethernet link. Wi-Fi is not permitted.
- The organization provides hardware and training.
