Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry and Claims Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Data Entry and Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our change management initiatives, delivering routine work independently, and making routine and non-routine reputed company reputed company established procedures and guidelines. You will also be responsible for determining eligibility and confirming effective dates for benefit elections, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records, and maintaining accurate member records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives reputed company assigned area(s) of responsibility

• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards
• Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately
• Makes routine & non-routine reputed company, applying limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company role except for reputed company of reputed company which reputed company the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines
• Determines eligibility and confirms effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines

• Maintains accurate member records by verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups
• Applies policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes
• Considers the customer experience in reputed company actions, recognizing what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness on system work independently

Essential Qualifications:

* High School or GED (Minimum Required)

• No prior experience required
