Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a high-volume customer interaction center, providing exceptional service to our customers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of flight schedules.

As a Specialist (Level 2):

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as business, finance, mathematics, or a reputed company discipline. Alternatively, two additional years of relevant experience.
