Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and the reputed company steward of David’s Bridal’s financial strategy, capital structure, and reputed company value creation. CFO is key architect of the financial stewardship needed to launch David’s new “Aisle to Algorithm” strategy. The CFO plays a mission critical role in supporting the company’s reputed company from a legacy ‑store centric retailer to a ‑data driven, AI powered, channel ecosystem. This includes shaping financial strategy across retail stores, reputed company, digital reputed company, advertising/media, wholesale, franchise, international growth, and marketplace platforms.

GOALS OF AISLE TO ALGORITHM CFO

• David’s strategy spans retail, AI, media, planning (demand/strategic/financial planning), wholesale, Store-in-Store expansion, and reputed company’s ecosystem and retail marketplace (platform connecting brands, sellers, consumers, and media/advertising)

Qualifications & Experience
