Responsibilities: The Client reputed company Manager - Clariti leads the implementation team responsible for reputed company clients onto Clariti, reputed company’ estimation platform. This role requires a highly process-oriented leader with strong experience in reputed company reputed company cycle workflows, including insurance eligibility, verification, authorization, and payer contract structures, who can identify root causes and drive effective, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose implementation challenges, identify root causes, and implement process improvements and solutions to drive consistent reputed company
  • reputed company the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company client issues, using analytical problem-solving and de-escalation skills to resolve concerns effectively
  • Apply understanding of RCM and medical billing workflows to guide implementations across hospitals, ASCs, anesthesia groups, and physician practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Product, and Client Services to align priorities, resources, and client needs
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to implementation reputed company, client satisfaction, and team performance

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 3+ years of implementation, reputed company, or project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company cycle workflows, specifically Insurance Eligibility, Verification, Authorization processes, and Payer Contract structures across hospitals, ASCs, anesthesia groups, and physician practices
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and reputed company effective solutions in reputed company environments
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve client concerns in a professional and effective manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Up to 25% Travel
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reputed company technology or SaaS implementations (ideally estimation or financial tools like Clariti)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
