Salary:   45,000.00 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary:

As a member of our customer-facing organization, you will engage directly with our customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country, helping grow and support their firms. As part of the Advisor Services team in the broader Operations and Technology Solutions organization, you will work closely with other team members in reputed company aspects of operational and transactional activities through both phone and processing. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and sales support activities for reputed company Institutions clients in conformance with established reputed company Institutions objectives, policies, and procedures.  A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive reputed company as you learn and navigate reputed company aspects of Financial Professional support. Your contributions will ensure that our Financial Professionals get best-in-class service in every interaction with reputed company.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions.

• Responsible for attention to established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines.

• Assist in the account opening process.

• Performs initial reputed company of paperwork for accuracy and completeness.

• Acts as a liaison between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and reputed company to allow transactions to reputed company without interruption or delay.

• Maintains electronic client files and documentation on proprietary web-based software.

• Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.

• Ensures client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling reputed company for reputed company Institutions in the market space.

• Suggests and implements new policies and procedures based on business and regulatory changes.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
